Yes the website operated successfully but I was not given any monetary estimates online only when I was contacted directly by phone. Out of the six potential service providers, 2 got in touch within 24 hours and the first one came to our house the following morning. That was Simon Rathbone of SR electrical. The work was carried out successfully by Simon Rathbone and also received an invoice for work and quotation for further work required.very prompt and good service. Ashfac arrived promptly at my home within an hour of contact. Although I was convinced I needed a new shower fitting, he pointed out the faulty wiring on the unit and was able to solve the problem effectively at a reasonable price without my needing to purchase a new one.
I found Ashfac extremely efficient and courteous and I wouldn’t hesitate in using this company again and recommending him to family and friends.

I can answer 'Yes' to the questions and add that the speed and efficiency, from entering my details onto the website to receiving calls were excellent. I received contact and quotes within 10 minutes and opted for Ashfaque Bhaiyat form Ace Qualectrics, who carried the work to a very high standard. I will certainly be using him and the website for future work I need from the 'experts'.

two of them could not come on the day but the third did come and completed the repairs without fuss and very quickly.
